Summary:
Getting a derailed project back on track or simply dealing with the potential problems of a project requires the ability to size up the situation, develop a response and mobilize the necessary players. Experienced project managers will tell you it does not end here. You must ensure the difficulty does not happen again and that the battle is at least partially won by managing the human dynamics appropriately. As seven out of ten of the problems we experience on a project come from the human side we have a vested interest in doing it better. This two day workshop will fully explore what to do from the tactical and the people side. It deals with many of the most common reasons that projects get off track and explores the 10 steps to assessing and recovering from project mishaps.
